My old carafe had broken, and I was looking for a replacement. This was the only one available and in stock. Although I thought it was a little expensive, I love my Krups coffee maker and really needed a new carafe, so I went ahead and ordered it. It certainly was worth the price. The coffee stays pretty warm for quite a while! This carafe is better than the one that came with the coffee maker and was worth every penny I paid for it.

This attractive brushed stainless-steel carafe serves hot beverages in style when entertaining guests at home or business clients at the office. The jug holds up to 10 cups of liquid and has double-insulated thermal walls to keep beverages warm for up to 5 hours. The plastic lid screws on for additional insulation and pours without dripping when you depress the button in the center.
