I've purchased and used a Tassimo, a Keurig and now the Dolce Gusto. Each one has some pros and cons.
The Tassimo is super easy to use with the bar code technology. Plus, the coffee variety is ok and you can make coffee house drinks. While the quality of the drinks is good, I don't think they are as good as the Creativa.
The Keurig is also very easy to use and there is a large variety of coffees, teas and other hot drinks, but no coffee house drinks.
The Dolce Gusto Creativa is easy to use, but not as easy as the Tassimo because you have to select on the display the type of drink you are making. However, I can say that this machine blows the Tassimo away as far as drink quality goes. I made capuccinos with my Tassimo and didn't think they were that good. I just made my first with the Creativa and I'm thinking about when to make another one. I also like that you can tweak the brewing cycle and save the recipe for the next time. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase of the Krups Dolce Gusto Creativa.
